When you request a freight quote or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name, company name, email address and phone number
- Shipment details, such as pickup and delivery locations, equipment type, commodity, weight, dates and any additional details you enter
- Your contact and text-message consent choices, together with the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed
- Anything you include when you call or email us
Information collected automatically
- Form attribution. When you submit the quote form, we record the page you came from, the page on which you first arrived during your visit, the referring website and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed. This information is held in your browser's session storage until you submit the form and is then sent with your request.
- Security information. To prevent spam and abuse, we record your browser's user-agent string and a one-way, salted hash derived from your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the Website.
