If you opt in, Customer First Brokerage LLC may send text messages to the mobile number you provide regarding your inquiry and related services — for example, follow-up about a quote request, information needed to plan a shipment, and updates about shipments you arrange with us.

You can opt in by checking the separate, optional text-message consent box on our quote request form. The box is never pre-checked. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing any service. The consent language presented on the form is:

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
