Our role as a freight broker

Customer First Brokerage LLC is a property broker authorized by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (USDOT 3445411, MC-1120144). We arrange transportation of freight by authorized motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and do not ourselves transport freight.

Information on the Website

Content on the Website, including equipment dimensions, legal limits and guidance in our resources, is provided for general informational purposes only. Trailer specifications vary by equipment, and legal size and weight limits and permit requirements vary by state and change over time. The content is not legal, regulatory or engineering advice, and you should confirm requirements for your specific shipment.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request through the Website does not create a contract or obligate either party to tender or accept a shipment. Any quote we provide depends on the accuracy of the information you supply and on availability. Transportation services are governed solely by the separate written agreements, rate confirmations and shipping documents that apply to a specific shipment, and not by these Terms.

Communications

By submitting a quote request and agreeing to be contacted, you authorize us to contact you by phone or email about your request. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in; the terms of our text-messaging program are described in our SMS Disclosure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or business
• Use the Website to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems or data, or interfere with its operation
• Use automated means to scrape or submit forms on the Website
• Use the Website in violation of any applicable law

Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to Customer First Brokerage LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute Website content without our written permission. Photographs on the Website are used under license from their respective owners.

The Website may link to third-party websites, such as the FMCSA SAFER system. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
