Customer First Brokerage is a licensed property broker. We do not own trucks or employ drivers. Instead, we arrange the transportation of your freight with authorized motor carriers that have the equipment your shipment requires.
That distinction matters. A broker's job is to understand the shipment, identify the right equipment, arrange capacity with an authorized carrier and coordinate the details, so you have one point of contact instead of searching for a truck yourself.

Which freight brokerage services do you offer?
Customer First Brokerage arranges truckload shipments on dry van, flatbed, step deck and RGN trailers, and coordinates oversize, overweight and heavy-haul freight with qualified carriers and applicable specialized service providers.
How do I know which trailer my freight needs?
It depends on how the freight is packaged and loaded, its dimensions and weight, and whether it needs protection from the weather. If you are unsure, choose “Not sure” on the quote form and include the dimensions — we will recommend the equipment.
Do you haul the freight yourselves?
No. Customer First Brokerage is a licensed property broker. We arrange transportation with authorized motor carriers; we do not operate trucks.
